MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (COMPANY DRIVERS & OWNER OPERATORS):
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Must have a valid Class-A CDL, issued in the state where you reside
- Must have at least 2 years Class-A tractor/trailer experience
- No serious disqualifying traffic violations in the past 3 years
- All applicants subject to employment verification and background check

COMPANY DRIVERS PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO ORIENTATION:
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- 10 year employment history, accounting for each month
- DOT physical: long and short form (if current)
- Voided personal check if you wish to set up direct deposit
- Name/DOB/SSN for each dependant you want placed on insurance
- Appropriate gears and supplies to stay out for the rest of the week
